Mount Rifenburgh

Mount Rifenburgh is a 2690  m high mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Holland Range it rises 3 km east of the head end of the Davidson Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own tellurometer measurements between 1961 and 1962 and using aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Edward G. Rifenburgh (1915–1977), commander of the USS Arneb in Operation Deep Freeze in 1963.
