Mount Shelby is a 1,520  m high mountain on the Bowman Coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises at the head of the Trail Inlet between the Daspit Glacier and the Bills Gulch .

The East Base crew on the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) discovered him. Aerial photographs were taken in 1947 during the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948). The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey surveyed the mountain in 1948. The American polar explorer Finn Ronne named him after Marjorie Shelby (1918-1999), who was administratively involved in the preparatory work for his expedition.
