Mount Stuart is a 1995 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises 8 km north of Mount VX-6 from the Monument Nunatakkern .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1964 after the American glaciologist Alfred Wright Stuart (1932-2015), who had participated in an exploration expedition in Victoria Land as part of the United States Antarctic Research Program from 1959 to 1960.
