Mount Weller is a 1080  m high mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 3 km east of Reference Peak and west of the Auster Glacier .

Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named him in 1961 after the Austrian geophysicist Gunter Ernst Weller (* 1934), who worked as a meteorologist at Mawson Station in 1961 .
