Mount Ward is a 3370 m high mountain in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . It rises about 7 km south of Mount Kinsey in the Supporters Range on the eastern flank of the Beardmore Glacier .
Participants in the Nimrod expedition (1907-1909), led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, discovered him. It is named after Hugh Grosvenor, 2nd Duke of Westminster (1879–1953), a sponsor of the Nimrod expedition.
