Moustapha Falou Fall (born February 23, 1992 in Paris ) is a French basketball player .

career

In 2009, Fall left his hometown Paris and moved to the youth department of Poitiers Basket 86 . In the 2011/12 season he played his first short appearances for Poitiers in the French first division. In 2013 he was relegated to the second division with the team, followed by a move within the second division to AS Monaco in 2014 . With the team from the Principality, the indoor player won the second division title in the 2014/15 season and then played for a year at the first division Olympique d'Antibes . In Antibes he made his breakthrough in the first division, Fall scored an average of 10.9 points and 6.8 rebounds in 27 main round matches.

In the summer of 2016 he was signed by Élan Sportif Chalonnais  , won the French championship title with the team in spring 2017 and was then named best local player and center of the year in the French premier league by basketball news service provider eurobasket.com . During the summer break of 2017, Fall accepted an offer from Turkish first division promoter Sakarya BSB, and for the 2018/19 season he moved to Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar in Russia . As a result of a mixed season 2018/19, in which he was out for a longer period due to a pubic bone injury, Fall returned to Turkey, and in July 2019 he was signed by Türk Telekomspor . After a year playing at Türk Telekomspor, he returned to France and was signed by ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne .

National team

In 2017 he was appointed to the French national team. At the end of February 2018, he achieved a top performance in a World Cup qualifier against Belgium, when he hit ten throws without fail in 28 minutes of play and scored a total of 23 points.
