Issama Djo Mpeko (born March 3, 1986 in Mbandaka ) is a Congolese national football player .

Issama played for Club Lumières in his youth . He moved to Daring Club Motema Pembe in 2009 . Since 2011 he played for AS Vita Club , then in Angola. He has been working in his home country again since mid-2015. He made his debut for the national team of his country in 2011 and has so far played over thirty international matches in which he scored one goal.
