Muitos Capões is a city with 3,151 (2018 estimate) inhabitants in the state of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil . It is located about 270 km north of Porto Alegre . Neighboring are the places Vacaria , Lagoa Vermelha , André da Rocha and others. Originally Muitos Capões was part of the municipalities of Esmeralda, Lagoa Vermelha and Vacaria.
