The Mummel River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .
It rises in the southern part of the Mummel Gulf National Park . From there it flows southeast through unpopulated areas in the Riamukka State Forest and the Daisy Patch Flora Reserve and flows northeast of the Barakee National Park into the Cooplacurripa River .
