Muping (Yantai)

The municipality of Muping ( Chinese  牟平 区 , Pinyin Mùpíng Qū ) is a municipality in the east Chinese province of Shandong , which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Yantai . It has an area of ​​1,588.45 km² and has a population of 475,000 (2001). The seat of government is the street district Ninghai (宁海 街道).
