NRW environmental data on site

NRW Umweltdaten vor Ort is an environmental information system of the Ministry for Environmental Protection and Nature Conservation, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia .

This state environmental portal provides information on:

• Drinking water protection areas , medicinal spring protection areas , water quality of rivers, bathing waters , water levels and floods .

• Industrial emissions , the air quality monitoring system and dust precipitation measurements

• Nature reserves , bird sanctuaries , FFH areas , national parks , nature parks and natural forest cells

• Sewage treatment plants and rain basins

• Waste disposal systems

• Consumer centers

WGS84 coordinates are available for all locations and areas that can be called up in the information system.
