The NStB - Neustadt to Theresienstadt were steam locomotives of the Imperial and Royal Northern State Railways (NStB) of Austria-Hungary .

The 17 locomotives were delivered by Cockerill in Seraing / Belgium from 1845 to 1846. They had the inclined cylinders typical of their time in order not to restrict the free movement of the bogie. The Stanitzel smoke trap indicates wood-burning.

The NStB gave them the names NEUSTADT , LITTAU , MÄHREN , MÜGLITZ , IGLAU , STEFANAU , LUKAWETZ , HOCHSTEIN , WILDENSCHWERT , LANDSKRON , TRIEBITZ , BRANDEIS , KOLIN , KÖNIGGRÄTZ , PARDUBITZ , LEITMERITZ 29 and THERES45 as well as the company numbers.

When the NStB was sold to the StEG in 1855 , the machines were given operating numbers 27–43. All vehicles were retired before 1873.
