The Naas River is a small river in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT; Capital Territory of Australia ) that runs largely within the Namadgi National Park . Its catchment area defines the ACT's southern border with New South Wales .
The river arises in the Clear Range at the southern tip of the ACT at the confluence of Naas Creek (which rises at Mount Gadgenby ) and Left Hand Creek (which rises at Mount Clear ) and flows north. East Naas opens the Naas River in the Gudgenby River , just before its confluence with the Murrumbidgee River .
