Nadeschda Kirnos ( Russian Надежда Кирнос , English transcription Nadezhda Kirnos ; born April 24, 1994 in Mangghystau ) is a Kazakh heptathlete .
Athletic career
Nadezhda Kirnos gained her first international experience at the Junior Asian Championships 2012 in Colombo , where she won the bronze medal with 4585 points behind the Indian Purnima Hembram and the Thai Sunisa Khotseemueang . In 2017 she took part in the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar , where she finished sixth with 5035 points. In 2018 she took part in the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran , where she finished fourth in the pentathlon with 3723 points.
So far she has been twice Kazakh heptathlon champion.
