Nadja Nollau

Nadja Nollau (* 1961 as Nadja Haas ) is a German non-fiction writer from Munich . Her main topics are nutrition and health .

Nadja Nollau first studied architecture. After graduating, she worked in press and public relations for television broadcasters. At the same time she became active as a freelance journalist on the subjects of nutrition and health. She published in magazines such as Amica , Bunte or Freund . During her work she got to know the actress Christine Neubauer , with whom she wrote the guide The Full Woman Diet and four follow-up books .

She is married to the orthopedic surgeon Dieter Nollau.
