The Nagagami River is a right tributary of the Kenogami River in the Canadian province of Ontario .

The Nagagami River has its origin in Nagagami Lake . He leaves this on its northeast bank. It flows in a north-northeast direction through the Canadian Shield . The Nagagamisis Lake is 10 km east of the river course. The Ontario Highway 11 crosses the river south of the mouth of the Shekak River from the right. The Nagagami River continues northwards. It also takes in the tributaries of the Otasawian River and Pitopiko River from the left and the Piskaniwi River from the right. In the lower reaches of the Nagagami River runs parallel to the east-flowing Kabinakagami River and flows 2 km south of Mammamattawa into the Kenogami River . The Nagagami River is approximately 170 km in length.
