Najwa Nimri Urrutikoetxea (born February 14, 1972 in Pamplona ) is a Spanish - Jordanian songwriter and actress .

Life

Najwa Nimri's mother is from Navarra , Spain and her father is from Jordan . In her childhood she lived with her family in Bilbao , today she lives in Madrid . She played her first significant role as an actress in Salto al vacío , Daniel Carparsoro's film debut . Since 2019 she has played the Inspectora Alicia Sierra in the Spanish Netflix series House of Money .

She began Nimri's career as a singer in various small groups until she met Carlos Jean , with whom she formed the band Najwajean . In addition, she has released three solo albums so far.
