Nanarup is a small town in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is about eleven kilometers east of Albany . The place is located in the traditional settlement area of ​​the Aboriginal tribe of the Mineng .

To the west of the village is Gull Rock National Park and to the east is the Two Peoples Bay Nature Reserve . To the west and north of the town lies Kalgan and to the north is Manypeaks .

Before Nanarup, the Great Australian Bight stretches for about 32 kilometers to the south and east . Much of the coast consists of beaches. They are called Nanarup Beach , Islet Point , Ben Dearg Beach , Herald Point , Rocky Point and Ledge Point . The headlands are Ledge Point , Herlad Point , Rocky Point , Islet Point , Cape Vancouver, and Point Gardner .
