Nanpara is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh .
Nanpara is located in the north Indian plain in the Bahraich district, 20 km from the Nepalese border. The district capital Bahraich is located 30 km south of Nanpara. The national highway NH 28C connects Nanpara with Lucknow and Nepalganj . In addition, the national highway NH 730 leads to Lakhimpur, 75 km to the west .
