Yasuzaki made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup on February 7, 1990 . In St. Moritz he reached the 45th place. At the ski flying world championship in 1990 in Vikersund , he flew to 50th place. On December 19, 1992 he succeeded in Sapporo with the 15th place for the first time winning World Cup points. Four months later, on March 6, 1993, he was able to achieve his best individual result in a World Cup competition with 4th place in Lahti . He ended the 1992/93 World Cup season in 30th place in the overall World Cup ranking. In the following years he was able to keep his performances constant and achieved in the season 1994/95 with the 28th place the best place in the World Cup overall ranking. In the same year he was able to occupy 20th place in the Four Hills Tournament . At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1995 in Thunder Bay , Canada , he was able to win the bronze medal in team jumping together with Takanobu Okabe , Jin'ya Nishikata and Hiroya Saitō . in jumping from the large hill, he jumped to 22nd place. From 1996 he could only rarely jump to the top positions. He no longer achieved a place in the top ten. From 2002 onwards, Yasuzaki only jumped in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup , in which he had already competed in several parallel competitions since 1993. In 2003 he ended his active ski jumping career.
