The Rivière Napetipi ( English Napetipi River ) is a tributary of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the south of the Labrador Peninsula in the Canadian provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and Québec .
The Rivière Napetipi rises south of the Rivière Saint-Paul in the sub-province of Labrador . It flows mainly in a southerly direction through the MRC Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent . It flows through the lakes Lac Jamyn and Lac Napetipi . Finally it flows into the end of the elongated bay Baie Napetipi - 35 km east of Saint-Augustin - on the north coast of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. The Rivière Napetipi has a length of 113 km. Its catchment area covers 1248 km². The mean discharge is 31 m³ / s.
Brook trout and Atlantic salmon are caught in the Napetipi River .
