The Rivière Saint-Paul (the upper reaches in Newfoundland and Labrador is called the St. Paul River ) is a 161 km long river in the Canadian provinces of Québec and Newfoundland and Labrador in the far east of the Labrador Peninsula .

Its origin lies in the sub-province of Labrador . From there it flows south. The Rivière Saint-Paul runs not far from the border area between the catchment areas of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Saint Lawrence . The river flows into the Baie des Esquimaux about 35 km west of Blanc-Sablon .

The town of the same name Rivière-Saint-Paul at the mouth of the river belongs to the municipality of Bonne-Espérance .

Its catchment area covers 7370 km², its mean discharge is 165.9 m³ / s.
