Narbal da Costa Stencel (born March 8, 1925 in São Mateus do Sul , † January 31, 2003 in Rio de Janeiro ) was Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro .

Life

Narbal da Costa Stencel was ordained a priest on February 25, 1956 . The Pope appointed him on October 30, 1987 auxiliary bishop in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro and titular bishop of Tunnuna .

The Archbishop of Sao Sebastiao do Rio de Janeiro , Eugênio Cardinal de Araújo Sales , ordained him on 12 December of the same year Bishop ; Co-consecrators were Karl Josef Romer , auxiliary bishop in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro, and Romeu Brigenti , auxiliary bishop in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro.
