Narwana is a city ( Municipal Council ) in the northwest Indian state of Haryana .
Narwana is located in Jind District . The city is located 36 km north-northwest of the district capital Jind , with which it is connected via the national highway NH 71 . The NH 65 crosses the NH 71 at Narwana.
The city of Narwana had 62,090 inhabitants at the 2011 census. 94% of the population were Hindus .
