natural healthy and cheerful is a bimonthly, German-language magazine published by J. Fink Verlag , based in Stuttgart . She reports on the topics of holistic health, naturopathy and complementary medicine . The magazine is aimed at people who want to maintain and improve their health in a natural way and who strive for a healthy lifestyle.

The booklet is divided into the four main sections “Naturally healthy”, “Living consciously”, “Feeling good” and “Eating healthy”. The main focus is on prevention and the description of therapies with naturopathic and natural medicine. Only topics that can be assigned to the field of complementary medicine are dealt with, such as As the herbal medicine , the homeopathy , of anthroposophic medicine , the traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda .
The aim of the editorial team is to provide readers with reliable information about preventive health care and therapies with complementary medical procedures and to make these understandable for laypeople. The articles in the magazine are created in professional collaboration with doctors and therapists, usually licensed doctors with additional qualifications in a field of complementary medicine, and pharmacists or alternative practitioners who are named in the articles and presented in the booklet.
In addition, the editors fall back on a so-called "permanent expert advisory board", which supports the editorial development of the magazine. There is also a substantive cooperation with associations and associations in the field of complementary medicine, e.g. B. the Hufelandgesellschaft, the German Central Association of Homeopathic Doctors , the Association "Nature and Medicine", the umbrella organization for anthroposophic medicine in Germany and the German Academy for Homeopathy and Naturopathic Treatment.

The magazine appeared for the first time in September 2007 with the title spelling “naturally healthy + happy”. Between 2007 and 2009 the magazine was only available in pharmacies. Since 2010 it has also been sold in press retailers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries as well as directly by subscription. The spelling of the title was changed in 2015 to the form used today, "naturally healthy and happy". The magazine has also been available as an e-paper since 2011 .
Of course, he has been a member of the IVW's circulation control system since 2007 and is archived by the German national library and some state libraries .
