Nathalie Schmid

Nathalie Schmid (born July 3, 1974 in Aarau ) is a Swiss poet .

life and work

Nathalie Schmid traveled through North and Central America after graduating from high school. Then she first attended a mountain farming school and then studied from 1998 at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig. There she graduated in 2002 with a diploma in poetry. She works as a freelance writer and publishes in numerous magazines (including text + kritik , Die Zeit and drafts ) and anthologies (including the yearbook of poetry ). She is a member of the Zurich authors 'group INDEX wortundffekt and the Swiss Authors' Association (AdS). In addition to her literary work, Nathalie Schmid is also active in adult education on the subject of creative writing . She lives and works in Freienwil .
