Nationalpartiet (German National Party ) is a small political party in Denmark with a focus on integration and migration .
development
The National Party was founded on October 16, 2014 by the brothers Kashif, Aamer and Asif Ahmad. At the time, party chairman Kashif Ahmad was a member of the Hvidovre municipal council for a local electoral association , which is why the party held a municipal mandate until December 31, 2017.
In the 2015 general election , many party members ran as independent candidates because the party failed to submit the required number of declarations of support.
In the local elections in 2017, the National Party only stood in a few municipalities that have a relevant proportion of the population with a migration background . In doing so, she was unable to secure a single mandate. The percentage of votes reached 3.0 percent in Hvidovre , 1.0 percent in Brøndby , 0.5 percent in Copenhagen , 0.4 in Albertslund , 0.3 in Greve , 0.2 percent in Aarhus and 0.1 percent in Randers .
The 2017 regional election ended with 0.4 percent in the Hovedstaden region , 0.1 in Midtjylland and 0.0 in Nordjylland .
