The natural monument Naturbrücke am Schwarzwasserbach is located in the parcel Naturbrücke in the municipality of Mittelberg in the district of Bregenz , Vorarlberg , Austria .

The natural bridge is a natural arch with a span of about 5 meters made of Schrattenkalk , which is crossed by the Schwarzwasserbach . The natural monument was created by the millennia-long erosion effect of the Schwarzwasserbach through the expansion of existing rock fissures in the Schrattenkalk.

About 50 meters below the natural monument, at the confluence of the Auerbach (also: Aubach ) in the Schwarzwasserbach, there is a road bridge (Kesselschwand). The natural bridge plot and the natural monument are located near the Kesselschwand road at about 1070  m above sea level. A. for example at water kilometers (Schwarzwasserbach) 2.16. The center of Riezlern is about 1200 meters as the crow flies , the L201 ( Kleinwalsertalstraße ) about 750 meters.
