The nature park path is a hiking trail that connects five nature parks in Schleswig-Holstein . It leads from Eckernförde via Aschberg , Sehestedt , Westensee , Brammer , Aukrug , Brokstedt , Wiemersdorf , Fehrenbötel , Blunk , Bad Segeberg and Bad Oldesloe to the Lauenburg lakes .
