Nedobojiwzi ( Ukrainian Недобоївці ; Russian Недобоевцы Nedobojewzy ; Romanian Nedăbăuți, Nedobăuți ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Chernivtsi with about 3,100 inhabitants (2001) and an area of 877.2 hectares.
The village, first mentioned in 1572, forms its own district council within the Chotyn Rajon and is located 43 km northeast of the Oblast capital Chernivtsi and 16 km southwest of the Chotyn Rajon center . South of Nedobojiwzi by running trunk road N 03 .
