The Nedrenuten ( Norwegian for Lower Summit ) is one of three neighboring Nunatakkern of the Nicholas Range in the East Antarctic Kempland . It rises to the southeast of the Menuten , which joins the Øvrenuten to the northwest .
According to the entry in the Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica, the name goes back to Russian scientists.
