Rio Hackford

Rio Hackford (* 28. June 1970 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .

Career

Rio Hackford is the son of film director and producer Taylor Hackford and the stepson of actress Helen Mirren . He spent most of his childhood in New Orleans , but also in Tijuana and Spain . He has been an actor since 1990. His first role was as an uncredited junkie in Pretty Woman . He then also took over in the films Blood in, Blood out - Conspirators for life and death , Undercover Cops , Strange Days , Swingers , Love in a Detour , Stay Aliveand Déjà Vu - race against time small roles.

In 2010 he starred as Grayden Nash in the anti-hero western Jonah Hex . He then appeared in films directed by his father, in 2010 for Love Ranch and 2013 for the action film Parker . From 2010 to 2013 he appeared as Toby in the drama series Treme . He then appeared in guest roles in the series True Detective , Togetherness and Underground . In 2019 he was part of the cast of the first season of The Mandalorian series .

Hackford owns several bars. Since 2002 he has been running the rock 'n roll bar One Eyed Jack in New Orleans , where he spent much of his childhood. Today he lives alternately in New Orleans, Los Angeles and San Francisco .
