Neith-Nunatak is a 1120 m high nunatak in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the northern Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 5 km north of Baker Ridge .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Willard F. Nieth [sic!] (1919–2001), photographer of the United States Air Force Electronics Test Unit in the Pensacola Mountains from 1957 to 1958.
