societies

Daghfous had started playing soccer at 1. FC Oberzwehren before going to TSV Wolfsanger in Kassel-Wolfsanger . In 2001 he switched to the youth team at KSV Baunatal . There he played his first men's games in the 2005/06 season. In 2006 he moved to 1. FSV Mainz 05 . As a goal scorer of the Mainz reserve team , he recommended himself for the professional squad and made his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga on October 21, 2007 (10th matchday) in the game against SV Wehen Wiesbaden .

After the 2008/09 season Daghfous moved to the second division promoted SC Paderborn 07 , where he signed a contract for two years. After his engagement in Paderborn, Daghfous, who was not a club, was signed by the third division team Preußen Münster in November 2011 . He made a total of 15 games for Münster in the 2011/12 season , but did not get beyond the role of substitute in the following six months.

For the 2012/13 season Daghfous moved back to the second team of 1. FSV Mainz 05, for which he played from then on in the Regionalliga Südwest . He was used once in the Mainz Bundesliga squad. At the end of January 2014, Daghfous went to the second division VfR Aalen , with whom he signed a one and a half year contract. In July 2015 he was signed by the third division club Würzburger Kickers . He was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga with the Kickers in 2016.

After the relegation of the Kickers, Daghfous moved to the second division club SV Sandhausen in 2017 on the basis of a two-year contract . In August 2018, he tore a cruciate ligament during training and was out until April 2019.

The striker did not renew his contract, which expired at the end of the season, instead he signed a two-year contract with Kickers Offenbach in summer 2019 . Daghfous was sacked without notice on February 26, 2020 after a physical argument broke out between him and his teammate Luigi Campagna during training.
