Nesset
Nesset was a municipality in the Norwegian Fylke Møre og Romsdal . The administrative center of the municipality was Eidsvåg. As part of the municipal reform in Norway , Nesset and Midsund were merged with Molde , the administrative center of the Fylke, on January 1, 2020 .

Nesset expanded from north to south over the associated Tingvollfjorden by 57.6 kilometers and from east to west by 54.9 kilometers. 2956 inhabitants lived on an area of 1048 km² (as of January 1, 2019). The commune number was 1543.
Neighboring municipalities of Nesset were Gjemnes , Molde, Rauma , Sunndal , Tingvoll and in the neighboring Fylke Oppland (which became part of Innlandet in 2020 ) the municipality of Lesja .
