Rauma is a place, a river and a municipality in the Central Norwegian Fylke Møre og Romsdal . The administrative center is Åndalsnes .

The municipality extends from north to south 60.9 kilometers and from east to west 51.9 kilometers. Neighboring municipalities are Molde , Vestnes and Fjord and in the neighboring Fylke Innlandet the municipalities of Lesja and Skjåk .

Attractions

The Raumabane is one of the most beautiful railway lines in Norway. It starts right by the sea in Åndalsnes and ends at 659 meters in Dombås, 114 kilometers away .

The Trollveggen is approximately 1800 meters the highest cliff in Europe.
