During the rule of Joachim von Neuhaus , a new church was built in 1551, which was destroyed in the fire in 1743. The church was rebuilt and was a branch of Stráž until the end of the 18th century . Between 1791 and 1794 a renovation took place, after which the church was elevated to a parish church. The parish were the villages Políkno, Stajka, Hatín , Polště , Ratiboř and Jemčina. In 1658 the coat of arms was awarded by Ferdinand Wilhelm Slawata . At the end of the 18th century, 387 people lived in the village.
In 1976 Roseč was incorporated into Hatín together with Ratiboř . Since July 1, 1990, Roseč has formed a municipality again. Every year on July 26th, the name day of St. Anne , there is a pilgrimage.
