Rodvínov (German Riedweis ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located five kilometers northeast of Jindřichův Hradec and belongs to the Okres Jindřichův Hradec .
geography
Rodvínov is located on both sides of the Nežárka in South Bohemia. Along the flowing streams Rodvínovský potok and Dvoreček, a chain of smaller ponds stretches to the east. The Píhalův Kopec (514 m) rises to the northeast.
Neighboring towns are Jarošov nad Nežárkou in the northeast, Matějovec in the east, Oldřiš, Dvoreček and Blažejov in the southeast, Jindřiš in the south, Jindřichův Hradec and Dolní Skrýchov in the southwest, Horní Skrýchov in the west and Dolní Radouň in the northwest.
history
Rodvínov is a Slavic local foundation and was first mentioned in 1319. Until the abolition of patrimonial rule in 1850, the village was part of the Neuhaus rule .
In the village there are two emu farms and also three breeding farms for large game.
Community structure
The community Rodvínov consists of the districts Jindřiš ( Heinrichschlag ) and Rodvínov ( Riedweis ), which also form cadastral districts.
