The Netzwirtschaften & Recht (N&R) is a magazine for practitioners, which is dedicated to all questions of regulation and their competition and antitrust problems. The subjects of energy, telecommunication, water, gas, rail and post will be discussed.

The N&R is aimed at lawyers, entrepreneurs and scientists who deal with the legal aspects relating to network economies.
content
The N&R publishes essays and treatises on current topics of the law of the network industry, such as energy, telecommunications, water, gas, rail and post. In addition, important judgments of the Federal Court of Justice or the Federal Administrative Court are published and commented on, insofar as they are relevant to the subject.
Authors
The authors of the N&R are experts in the field of network economy law, mostly university professors or specialists from law firms and companies who are active in the field.

The N&R was published by Verlag Recht und Wirtschaft , which belonged to the publishing group Deutscher Fachverlag based in Frankfurt am Main . Since the merger of the publishing house Recht und Wirtschaft with the Deutscher Fachverlag in January 2012, the is now published directly by the publisher or, in organizational terms, by the new department of specialized media law and economy .
