The Neuenberg is a 230 meter high elevation in the southwest of the city of Wuppertal in the Cronenberg district .
topology
The Wupper runs at the western foot of the mountain, which belongs to the Burgholz state forest . On the left-hand side of the Wupper, the highway-like state road 74 (L 74) runs. In the north, the Neuenberg is separated from the Burggrafenberg by the Burgholzbach valley . In the south is the valley of the Weilandsiepens . In the east lies the Wuppertal district of Cronenberg.
The elevation is part of the natural spatial unit Burgholzberge (ordinal number 338.051).
Buildings
Except for the eastern area, the Neuenberg is undeveloped and largely forested.
