New Friedrichshagener Poet Circle

The New Friedrichshagener Dichterkreis (according to the statutes it was called like its predecessor Friedrichshagener Dichterkreis ) was the joke re-establishment of the Friedrichshagener Dichterkreis by Johannes Bobrowski and Manfred Bieler in the year 1962. They also referred to Bobrowski's place of residence Berlin-Friedrichshagen and started as the only one Members, equal to presidents, according to the statutes of the Friedrichshagener Dichterkreis § 1.

Bobrowski had known co-president Manfred Bieler since 1959, when he visited him with Günter Bruno Fuchs . Bieler also lived in Friedrichshagen until 1964. "Honorary members" of the group of poets were Günter Bruno Fuchs, Robert Wolfgang Schnell , Lothar Kusche and later Christa Reinig , "Corresponding member" was Klaus Wagenbach : Bobrowski had been friends with Fuchs since 1959, and he later portrayed him as the painter Philippi in Levin's mill.
