Neuhaldensleber Strasse 32
The Villa Neuhaldensleber Straße 32 , also known as the “Alte Apotheke”, in the Althaldensleben district of the city of Haldensleben in Saxony-Anhalt is on the west side of the street around 60 meters north of Lindenplatz . 40 meters further north is another listed villa at Neuhaldensleber Straße 28 .
In the local register of monuments , the building is registered as a monument under registration number 094 84417 . For Althaldensleben, the villa is considered to be a significant building in terms of art history.

The neo-Gothic building was built around 1900 on the road to Haldensleben. It is two-story and has an irregular floor plan ; the structure is structured individually. The facade on the street side is defined by a single-storey loft with a stepped gable on the southern corner and a clearly protruding, two-axis side projecting side project with blind niches and tracery decor in the style of North German brick Gothic . The fencing of the garden also dates from the time the villa was built.
