Previous route

Between 1930 and 1972, New York State Route 113 had a completely different route. This earlier route was a connection between the New York State Route 27 north of Quogue and the New York State Route 24 at Riverhead . This 12 km long State Route was transferred from the state of New York to Suffolk County and rededicated to Suffolk County Road 104 as part of a reorganization.
