Bathe, who starts for the IL Heming , competed for the first time in the US Super Tour in West Yellowstone in November 2009 and came 59th in the sprint and 58th in the 10 km freestyle. In February 2013 in Madison and in January 2014 in Soldier Hollow , she achieved her first podium finishes at the US Super Tour with third place in the sprint. Her best placements at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2014 in Fiemme Valley were 26th place over 5 km classic and 12th place with the relay. At the 2017 U23 World Championships in Soldier Hollow, she ran 39th place over 10 km freestyle, 33rd place in skiathlon and 18th place in sprint. After she moved to the British Association after the 2016/17 season, she started in the World Cup for the first time in November 2017 and finished 86th over 10 km classic and 75th in the sprint. At the U23 World Championships in Goms in 2018 , she came in 43rd place in skiathlon, 39th in sprint and 37th place over 10 km classic. The following year she achieved 50th place over 10 km classic at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Seefeld in Tyrol and 16th place together with Annika Taylor in the team sprint. In February 2020, she took her first victory in the US Super Tour in the sprint in Hayward .
