The Nicholl Head is a massive extension of a ridge on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . The headland is located at the southern end of the Da Forno Peninsula and at the Dogs Leg Fjord separates the entrances to Dogs Leg Fjord in the north from the one to Square Bay in the south.
A first survey was carried out by participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill in 1935, which was followed by another by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) in 1948. The cliff is named after Timothy M. Nicholl (1927–2010), head of the FIDS base station on the Argentine Islands in 1948 and 1949.
