Nick McCrory (born August 9, 1991 in Durham ) is an American water diver . He started diving at the age of seven and started in 10 m tower and synchronized jumping. He is trained by Drew Johansen.

McCrory won his first international medal, silver at the Junior World Championship, in 2006. In 2009, in Rome , he took part in the adult world championship for the first time . In the 10 m high diving he missed the semi-finals as 20th. In 2011 in Shanghai he started with David Boudia in the 10 m synchronized jumping and finished fifth. In the 10 m high diving he also achieved a good individual placement in sixth place. At the following Summer Olympics in London in 2012 , he won the bronze medal in synchronized jumping together with Boudia, while he finished ninth in the singles in Boudia's victory with 505.40 points.

2010 McCrory was the first American champion.

McCrory is studying at Duke University . With the university's sports team, the Iron Dukes , he was able to win several medals at college championships.
