Nico Löffler (born July 5, 1997 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Löffler began his career in the youth team of FK Austria Wien . In 2011 he moved to FC Admira Wacker Mödling , for whose second team he made his debut in the Regionalliga-Ost in the 2013/14 season . He made his Bundesliga debut on matchday 17 in 2014/15 against SK Sturm Graz .

For the 2017/18 season , Löffler moved to Germany to the regional league club VfB Lübeck , where he received a contract valid until June 2019. In his first season he made 21 regional league appearances under his compatriot Rolf Martin Landerl , in which he scored 6 goals. In the 2018/19 season , Löffler was rarely used and played 10 regional league games (no goal), of which he was once in the starting line-up. At the end of the season Löffler left the club with the end of his contract.

Löffler returned to Austria for the 2019/20 season and joined the third-class SV Stripfing .
