The house Niedergasse 13 is a listed residential building in Stolberg (Harz) in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of Niedergasse on its eastern side in the old town of Stolberg. Immediately to the north is the also listed building at Niedergasse 11 .

Architecture and history

The simple two-story half - timbered house was built in the Baroque era . The threshold is profiled, the house entrance door is offset inwards.

In the local monument register , the house has been listed as a monument since August 30, 2000 under registration number 094 30283 . The residential building is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant.
