Pamplie is a French municipality with 273 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Niort and the canton of Autize-Égray (until 2015: canton of Champdeniers-Saint-Denis ). The inhabitants are called Pampliens .

Pamplie is about 23 kilometers north of Niort . Pamplie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Retail in the north, Les Groseillers in the east, Cours in the south-east, Surin in the south, Xaintray in the west and south-west and Fenioux in the west and north-west.
