Prin-Deyrançon is a French municipality with 606 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Niort and the canton of Mignon-et-Boutonne (until 2015 Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon ). The inhabitants are called Prinois .
geography
Prin-Deyrançon is located about 46 kilometers east-northeast of La Rochelle and about 22 kilometers southwest of Niort am Mignon . Prin-Deyrançon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Bourdet in the north, Épannes in the east and northeast, La Rochénard in the east and southeast, Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon in the south and west, and Saint-Hilaire-la-Palud in the northwest.
The National Route 11 runs through the municipality .
